Rockstar Staffing is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote role focuses on engaging candidates, screening applications, and coordinating placements with hotel clients.

You’ll work with English-speaking candidates, conduct initial interviews, and provide a positive hiring experience. The position offers consistent weekly pay and flexible remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (90% proficiency or higher).
• Previous customer service experience is required; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and conducting interviews.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, proactive, self-motivated, and professional.
• Comfortable remaining connected through Zoom during working hours.
• Access to a computer or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Responsabilités

• Contact applicants by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Review applications and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for available positions.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and placements with hotel clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting deadlines.
• Follow established recruiting procedures and communicate regularly with the team.
• Provide candidates with a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
