Job summary

Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Commercial Sales Consultant. This remote role requires PST hours, full-time commitment, and the ability to manage calendars, commitments, take-offs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.

You will maintain JobNimbus CRM accuracy, flag stalled items, and keep the team organized and focused on revenue generation, while delivering precise written communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting a senior leader with calendar/structure ownership.
• Experience building or owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar.
• Excellent written English.
• Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts.
• Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.
• Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard.
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems.
• Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities.

Top Notch Roofing is a GAF Master Elite certified commercial roofing company serving the Fraser Valley for over 30 years. We're looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial Sales Consultant -- owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.

This role is the counterweight to a driven, relationship-first salesperson. You bring the structure they lack with a "firm hand, warm heart."
