Veta Virtual is seeking a Client Services Associate to manage client relationships in a fintech/cryptocurrency setting. The role emphasizes a relationship-first, client-facing approach with education on crypto platforms and trade processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, basic crypto knowledge, and strong communication. This is a 100% remote position supporting clients across LATAM or Europe, with competitive USD compensation and incentives.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies and procedures.
• Creative and analytical thinking with ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Comfort with using AI tools to support client research and day-to-day productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients and perform outbound outreach.
• Follow compliance policies and SOPs to complete tasks accurately.
• Partner with compliance to report suspicious activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on platform basics including wallet walkthroughs and crypto offerings.
• Guide clients through crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer.
• Track progress on a quarterly basis (call quality, registrations, trading ratios, trades per client).
