Veta Virtual is seeking a Client Services Associate to manage client relationships in a fintech/cryptocurrency setting. The role emphasizes a relationship-first, client-facing approach with education on crypto platforms and trade processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, basic crypto knowledge, and strong communication. This is a 100% remote position supporting clients across LATAM or Europe, with competitive USD compensation and incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients and perform outbound outreach.
• Follow compliance policies and SOPs to complete tasks accurately.
• Partner with compliance to report suspicious activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on platform basics including wallet walkthroughs and crypto offerings.
• Guide clients through crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer.
• Track progress on a quarterly basis (call quality, registrations, trading ratios, trades per client).

Veta Virtual is hiring a Client Services Associate for one of our high growth clients in the fintech and cryptocurrency industry. This is not a routine service desk role. This is a relationship first, client facing position for someone who is financially fluent, detail oriented, and passionate about delivering a white glove experience on an over the counter cryptocurrency trade desk.

Your Role

• Fielding inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and making outbound efforts to further assist clients and promote our services.
• Using company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively, every time.
• Partnering with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets
• Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educating clients on the basics of the platform, including wallet walkthroughs, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings, in terms that build real understanding and trust.
• Guiding clients through the process of executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, ensuring a smooth and confident experience from start to finish.
• Tracking individual progress on a quarterly basis, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved to trading ratio, and average trades per client.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations required.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with the discipline to follow procedures precisely in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to support client research and day to day productivity is a strong plus
• Bonus: experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales
• Bonus: familiarity with suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context.

• To be considered for this role, you must currently be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
