Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a bilingual healthcare data entry specialist to work remotely on a full-time independent contractor basis. You will help physicians manage patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support administrative tasks.

Requirements include healthcare translation experience, strong English, reliable, available 10 AM–7 PM CST, and a suitable home setup (i5+, 8GB RAM, 35 Mbps, headset, webcam). Compensation is $650 USD per month plus bonuses and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST.
• Laptop/desktop: i5+ processor, 8GB RAM.
• Internet: 35 Mbps+.
• Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
• Update patient history and health information
• Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
• Review basic lab results and screening procedures
• Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
• Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks
