Neolytix is seeking a remote Independent Contractor to prepare and organize medical records for physicians, update patient histories and health information, and perform accurate data entry and documentation. You will review basic lab results while following HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
The role requires bilingual healthcare translation experience, excellent English communication, reliability, and a dedicated home workspace.
Formación
- Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
- Strong English and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST.
- Laptop/desktop: i5+ processor, 8GB RAM.
- Internet: 35 Mbps+.
- Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and organize medical records for physicians.
- Update patient history and health information.
- Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation.
- Review basic lab results and screening procedures.
- Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
- Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks.
