Neolytix is seeking a bilingual healthcare documentation specialist for remote, full-time independent contractor work. You will manage patient records, ensure accurate data entry, and support physicians from a home office.

Requirements include healthcare/medical translation experience, strong English, and reliable availability Mon-Fri 10:00–19:00 CST; equipment includes an i5+ PC, 8GB RAM, fast internet, and a quiet workspace. Compensation is $650 USD per month plus bonuses and profit sharing.

Qualifications

Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
Strong English and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST.
Laptop/Desktop: i5+ processor, 8GB RAM.
Internet: 35 Mbps+.
Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
Update patient history and health information
Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
Review basic lab results and screening procedures
Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks
