Neolytix is seeking a bilingual healthcare data entry specialist to join our remote team. This full-time, independent contractor role focuses on preparing and organizing medical records, updating patient histories, and ensuring accurate documentation for physicians.

Requirements include healthcare translation experience, strong English communication, and reliable, detail-oriented work habits. Availability Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST, with a laptop and reliable internet.

Formación

• Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
• Update patient history and health information
• Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
• Review basic lab results and screening procedures
• Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
• Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks
