The ideal candidate is bilingual with healthcare translation experience, possesses strong English communication skills, and works from a dedicated quiet workspace with reliable tech and internet.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
• Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM CST.
• Must have a laptop with i5+ and 8GB RAM; fast internet.
• Noise-canceling headset and dedicated workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize medical records for physicians.
• Update patient history and health information.
• Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation.
• Review basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
• Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks.
