Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical win in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. You will partner with Account Executives to craft tailored demonstrations and architectural solutions spanning our platform components, driving discovery and validation for enterprise customers.

As a senior SE, you will build technical rapport with data engineers, architects, and executives, navigate buying committees, and shape go-to-market strategies for AI and agentic

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering.
Ability to lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executives.
Experience with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to understand data architecture and objectives, translating into solution design.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions across platform components.
Run end-to-end proofs-of-concept from scoping to validation for enterprise deals.
Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
Navigate buying committees and engage with technical teams, marketing leaders, and executives.
