Huzzle is seeking a high-level systems architect to own the technical engine of a growth-stage agency. You will build complete GoHighLevel client systems and ensure leads are captured, tracked, and nurtured using AI-powered workflows in a multi-client environment.

You will deploy quickly, maintain systems with proactive improvements, and communicate clearly in async English, often via Loom videos. This full-time remote role expects availability for US Pacific Time hours and preferred candidates

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience in a multi-client agency environment.
• Expert-level usage of Claude to build and debug. Demonstrate AI workflow live during the interview.
• Deep knowledge of GHL workflow automation, CRM administration, and funnel building.
• Experience with Meta CAPI and diagnosing conversion tracking issues.
• Timezone & Region: able to work 9 AM–5 PM US Pacific Time; candidates in Latin America preferred.
• Excellent async written English and comfort recording Loom videos for clarity.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End GHL Architecture: Build client systems from scratch including funnels, surveys with complex logic, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields.
• Technical Integration & Tracking: Wire and troubleshoot Meta CAPI, lead-event mapping, form/trigger scoping, and cross-sub-account tracking.
• AI-Driven Development: Use Claude daily to build, debug, and document systems at high velocity.
• Rapid Deployment: Complete new client GHL builds within 6 business hours of kickoff with 80%+ no-rework.
• System Optimization: Create scalable snapshots and SOPs; deliver at least two unprompted improvements per month.
• Queue Management: Daily GHL maintenance and troubleshooting with same-day resolution.
