Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to contribute to the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant serving employees across multiple business functions. You will stay hands-on in code, shaping orchestration design, retrieval strategy, and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

• Production experience with agentic or LLM platforms.
• Experience designing multi-agent orchestration and tool invocation.
• Familiarity with retrieval strategies and evaluation methods for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture decisions for an enterprise-scale AI platform.
• Design multi-agent orchestration including skill invocation and routing.
• Support retrieval strategies across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Help build the evaluation harness used to validate AI system behavior.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and support technical decisions.
