Colgate-Palmolive Company in Venezuela is seeking a Sales Executive for multi-city field-based responsibilities to drive growth and implement the commercial strategy across assigned accounts. You will oversee distributors and sales teams, conduct frequent trade visits, and ensure flawless 5Ps execution to maximize sales and market share within the territory.

Based in Caracas or other hubs, you will travel regionally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in a dynamic mass

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Owns a reliable vehicle for daily business travel across the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships between the company and its customers, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.
• Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.
