Tidal is seeking an e-Commerce Specialist to manage product pages, listings, bundles, and catalog data across Shopify and Amazon. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with multiple internal teams from a remote location.

You will optimize product content, drive launches, and support merchandising efforts for US and EU storefronts, while leveraging data tools to inform decisions.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on eCommerce experience.
• Experience using Shopify Admin for product pages and merchandising updates.
• Experience creating and maintaining Amazon listings and catalog information.
• Familiarity with a PIM/DAM platform such as Catsy.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to identify product, pricing, and data errors.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.
• Good written English communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, bundles, and website content for US and EU storefronts.
• Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and merchandising updates.
• Review product details, pricing, images, links, and inventory before publishing.
• Create and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and A+ Content.
• Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, or broken Amazon listings.
• Open and follow up on Amazon support cases until issues are resolved.
• Maintain accurate product information across Shopify, Amazon, Catsy and internal systems.
• Set up A/B tests, perform quality checks, and organize results.
• Use spreadsheets, Shopify reports, Google Analytics, and data for catalog work and reporting.
• Coordinate with eCommerce, operations, creative, agency, and other teams to complete projects on time.
