Samaritan's Purse seeks an Operations Manager to lead critical support functions in Venezuela, encompassing HR, IT, logistics, procurement, warehousing, fleet, and asset management. The role emphasizes compliant resource distribution and effective base operations to support humanitarian programs.

The candidate will coordinate with field sites, the Country Office, and the Senior Leadership Team while promoting staff development and regional collaboration.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (reading/writing)
• Advanced degree from college or university with related experience
• Regional field knowledge is a plus
• Biblical studies coursework is strongly preferred (12 credit hours)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR, IT, logistics, procurement, warehousing, fleet, asset management, and base operations
• Lead procurement processes for national and international sourcing
• Direct logistics operations and inventory systems for compliant resource distribution
• Serve as liaison between field sites, Country Office, and Senior Leadership Team
• Promote staff development and regional collaboration for operational excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned
