Community Organized Relief Effort is seeking an Logistics & Procurement Officer for emergency response rosters in Venezuela. The role entails leading fast-paced procurement, warehousing, and distribution in disaster settings, coordinating with global teams to ensure compliance with donor rules and safety standards.

The officer will deploy domestically and internationally as needed, oversee vendor onboarding, and support field teams with travel and housing logistics for staff and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on short notice.
• 3+ years in procurement/logistics in humanitarian contexts.
• Experience with Relief Compass or similar platforms.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy rapidly to emergency settings and establish logistics and procurement operations.
• Lead on-the-ground procurement of goods and services in emergency environments.
• Set up and manage temporary warehousing and distribution hubs.
• Identify, vet and onboard local or regional vendors for urgent needs.
• Coordinate with global procurement and logistics teams to ensure compliance.
