Amentum is seeking an Information Technology Operations Manager to base at the US Embassy site in Caracas, Venezuela, supporting the DiPSS Venezuela BLS contract. The role oversees IT infrastructure, coordinates with ITFS, and reports to the Project Manager with technical input from IT Field Services.

The candidate will lead IT staff, ensure security/compliance, manage assets, and maintain system configurations across the embassy environment.

Formación

• Five to seven years of management experience in information systems and infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting contract responsibilities at overseas facilities is a plus.
• Security clearance ability or eligibility to obtain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and coordination of IT infrastructure operations in Venezuela.
• Supervise IT staff and coordinate with ITFS or designee for remote management and onsite support.
• Maintain SOPs, document configurations, and monitor service desk performance.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and manage government furnished equipment (GFE).
