Lime is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience, to own the rider mobile app and related customer-facing platforms. You will drive usability and satisfaction, analyze user feedback, and steer product strategy with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing.

With 7+ years in product management, you will guide end-to-end development, prioritize the roadmap, and measure impact through KPIs, while exploring AI-driven enhancements for a better rider experience.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience in big tech or startup environments.
• Proven track record launching consumer-facing mobile apps; mobility/transportation a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of Lime's rider mobile app to boost usability and retention.
• Drive rider journey improvements based on feedback, research, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship features.
• Manage full product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Prioritize backlog to align with business goals and measure success with KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for personalized rider experiences.
