Job summary

Ride Health is hiring for a fully remote Ride Success Agent to support passengers, providers, and clients in a 24/7 contact center. You will schedule transportation, assist providers, and handle outbound calls and chat to ensure timely trip requests.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication with empathy, reliable internet, and a quiet home workspace. Weekend/evening shifts may apply; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Empathy and understanding in communication.
• Commitment to see tasks through to completion.

• Reliable broadband Internet (min 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
• Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule transportation needs for passengers and clients.
• Provide transportation provider assistance calls.
• Make outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, attending facilities.
• Monitor chat and respond as needed.
• Use the proprietary platform and third-party software (Uber/Lyft) and tools (Five9, Salesforce, Zendesk) to complete trip requests.
