Working as an Area Chef, you are responsible for overseeing culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts in Connecticut and in New York. You will support a team of associates and oversee all safety, sanitation, and implementation of food concepts and standards within assigned unit(s). You may be requested to provide unit support for events, vacation coverage, and culinary position deficits.

• Supports multiple corporate dining accounts
• Provides training and mentorship to chefs within the assigned territory
• Responsible for driving innovation in all accounts
• Implements and maintains cost controls within the assigned territory
• Ensures implementation of the menu management system and cycle menu adherence within the assigned territory
• Responsible for maintaining purchasing compliance and inventory management processes
• Responsible for developing chefs in the region by assessing, teaching, and providing guidance
• Implements culinary programs, promotions, and LTO’s in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team

• Culinary degree preferred
• A minimum of three years of progressive culinary management experience is required
• High volume production and catering experience are essential
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Must be able to travel for this role throughout the CT & NY
