A leading food service management company is seeking an Area Chef to oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts in Connecticut and New York. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and a minimum of three years of culinary management experience. Responsibilities include supporting a culinary team, implementing cost controls, and ensuring high-quality food service standards. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.
$80,000 to $90,000 / year.

Working as an Area Chef, you are responsible for overseeing culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts in Connecticut and in New York. You will support a team of associates and oversee all safety, sanitation, and implementation of food concepts and standards within assigned unit(s). You may be requested to provide unit support for events, vacation coverage, and culinary position deficits.
