Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from NAAB-accredited program.
• 10+ years of architecture experience with 2+ years on medium to large projects.
• Proficient with BIM and architectural software.
• Understanding of Building Programming and sustainability basics.
• Knowledge of codes and construction documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts and provide full project support from concept to documentation.
• Develop architectural drawings, specs, and visuals meeting client goals.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and staff on technical solutions.
• Present technical and design solutions to clients and leadership.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure quality control throughout design phases.
• Participate in BIM leadership activities and coordinate models.

Education

Bachelor/Master of Architecture (NAAB accredited)

Architect License (preferred)

LEED AP (preferred)
