A healthcare technology company in Round Lake is seeking a skilled tester for Electromechanical medical devices. This role involves conducting thorough testing, documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams. Candidates should have a strong technical background, with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including hands-on instrumentation skills. An AA degree is preferred, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of background.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is primarily responsible for the electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing and evaluation of new and existing Electromechanical medical devices. Will be required to handle test stands, set-up, perform and monitor testing activities.
Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree is strongly preferred. 1-2 yrs of mechanical or electrical experience is strongly preferred, or engineering grads with some intern experience. Basic computer skills
