The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of medical editing and fact-checking experience, with a strong knowledge of FDA guidelines and the ability to work independently. This role involves editing and proofreading copy, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of medical editing and fact-checking experience in a pharma ad agency or medical education environment.
- Ability to work independently with a motivated, self-starting attitude.
- Knowledge of current AMA style and FDA guidelines governing pharmaceutical products/devices.
Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread copy for assigned brands and others as needed.
- Fact check annotated copy and ensure adherence to client and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and manage workload to meet deliverables efficiently.
