A leading real estate platform is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager in San Jose to drive revenue by recruiting top agents. This role involves meeting clients in the field and collaborating with internal teams to ensure agent success. Competitive compensation and benefits include a base salary between $100,000–$110,000 and bonuses.

This is a fully onsite role and will report into our San Jose Office (Willow Glen). You will spend a significant portion of your time meeting clients and prospects in the field. While your administrative and team collaboration tasks will take place at our office, your primary focus will be building relationships and driving revenue through in-person interactions.
Our Strategic Growth team is the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion. As a Strategic Growth Manager (SGM), you are directly responsible for driving net-new revenue. The SGM’s role is to bring top producing agents to Compass by effectively selling the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth). Successful SGMs influence top agents to leave their current brokerage and join Compass. Since every agent is an independent contractor they can take their business wherever they receive the best value and support.
The sale is conducted directly with decision-makers, reducing some of the hassles of selling to large corporations.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $100,000–$110,000 annually, with a potential bonus target of $30,000–$60,000 and the potential for upside based on performance. Pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. Base pay is location-based. Minimum wage for the position will be met.
