This position is primarily responsible for performing various machine maintenance duties to include, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedule and assure scheduled tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Must be able to work extended hours when required.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment as needed.
- Responsible for assuring clean room is cleaned according to standard operating procedures on a weekly basis.
- Work with local contractors to assure facility repairs are met (electrician, HVAC, etc.).
- Other tasks as assigned.

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. May require long periods of standing. Current shift is Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm. These hours are subject to change based on business needs.
