Facilities Technician (HVAC Certified)

Join our team as a Facilities Technician in San Antonio, TX! We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in maintenance and a strong preference for HVAC certification. This full‑time, salary role offers a community‑driven work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements.
  • Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs.
  • Replace light fixtures, bulbs, and fuses; troubleshoot basic electrical problems.
  • Patch and paint surfaces; maintain clean and presentable areas.
  • Conduct basic carpentry tasks, including building or repairing shelves, cabinetry, and furniture.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, or materials between locations.

Requirements
