Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser.

Join our team of Part‑time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other delicious snacks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Qualifications and Expectations

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, independent worker.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally pull or push up to 50 lbs).
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Longview, WA (primary location) or near Kelso, WA or St. Helens/Scappoose, OR (secondary).
• Schedules: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday with a 6:00 A.M start.
