Overview

Responsibilities
- Stock vehicles when they arrive from auction.
- Prepare and move vehicles around the Reconditioning Center for distribution to retail.
- Detail vehicles – wash and buff, perform minor paint touch‑ups, vacuum interior, and clean all other surfaces.
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance.
- Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of vehicle condition.
- Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time to minimize re‑work and delays in production.
- Work in ways that reduce the possibility of injury to yourself or others by preventing spills or other hazardous conditions.
- Collaborate with Reconditioning Center Management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and/or overall vehicle quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Effective communication in English.
- Experience or interest in automotive detail work is a plus.
- Background and drug screening clearance required.
