Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within EY’s Security Technology Services (STS) Network Security Technology. You will own the service strategy, portfolio, and delivery for ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Cloud Gateway, and related Azure Zero Trust initiatives.

This senior role drives adoption, governance, and measurable security outcomes across a global enterprise. The position requires extensive experience in cybersecurity, service management, and Zscaler

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Eng or related field.
18+ years in cybersecurity, network security and infrastructure.
8+ years with Zscaler platforms and services.
Experience managing enterprise-scale security services.

Responsibilities

Define the service vision, scope and lifecycle for Zscaler capabilities.
Translate objectives into service offerings, journeys and support models.
Own service acceptance criteria and operational readiness.
Lead global service team across multiple functions.
Drive governance, performance metrics and risk controls.
