You will assist with setup, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and documentation, while gathering usage data to help improve platform performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and daily management of Zoom meetings, webinars, Chat, Phone, and Five9 contact center tools to ensure smooth communication and customer interactions.
• Help troubleshoot user issues related to Zoom and Five9, including audio/video problems, connection issues, and platform errors, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring the performance and uptime of Zoom and Five9 services, reporting outages or disruptions promptly.
• Create and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials to assist team members in effectively using Zoom and Five9 features.
• Help with integrating Zoom and Five9 with other business systems like Salesforce, Bot applications ensuring seamless workflows.
• Assist in onboarding new users on Zoom and Five9, including account setup and basic training.
• Gather usage statistics and feedback to help optimize platform usage and suggest improvements.
