Werner Enterprises, Inc. is offering a paid onsite summer internship at our Omaha, NE headquarters. The 11-week program provides training, real-world work experience, and exposure to Workday Financials, HR processes, and contract management.

Housing assistance may be available and remote/off-site opportunities exist for select tasks. Interns will assist with leaves, unemployment administration, resume screening, interview coordination, NDA reviews, and data maintenance in Salesforce and iView.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Assist with leaves and unemployment administration.
• Assist with recruiter phone screens and interview scheduling.
• Assist in maintaining and opening jobs on the careers site and job boards.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and support pre-employment screening.
• Review NDAs for alignment with templates and legal requirements.
• Support contract management and Salesforce data maintenance.
• Conduct legal research and organize historical company documents.
