Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times. The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Supports visual merchandising by planning transitions, resets, and product changes with the ASM to maintain visual integrity and an organized environment.
• Plans and executes daily/weekly workload to meet visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.
• Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Stocks merchandise in designated areas, maintains end caps, and keeps zones neat.
• Supports customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and overall store performance.
• Serves as a role model and coach in merchandising and training.
• Communicates visual priorities and creates visual moments that enhance the customer experience.
• Reviews store scorecard data (sales/expenses) and acts to improve metrics within zones.
• Ensures signage and sets are current and zones remain organized.
• Open Availability (nights and weekends).
