Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead for a full-time role in a warehouse-format store. You will support visual standards, merchandising in designated zones, and ensure a comprehensive selling culture with up-to-date signage and displays.

Lead transitions, plan workloads, manage endcaps, and train teammates while upholding safety and ethical conduct. Expect lifting, moving merchandise, and active involvement in freight and stock processes across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times. The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail; reliable and trustworthy as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Supports visual merchandising processes by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product changes and resets.
• Plans/executess daily/weekly workload to meet visual merchandising, department and store sales goals.
• Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Stocks product in designated areas and maintains neat, clean zones.
• Supports customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and guest experience.
• Acts as a role model and coach in visual merchandising, training others.
• Communicates priorities and trains team on visual moments to enhance customer experience.
• Reviews store scorecard data and works within zones to improve sales and expense metrics.
• Maintains neat, clean, organized zones with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Performs other duties as needed; open availability for nights and weekends.
