Job summary

You will drive a zone strategy, engage with independent distributor partners, and optimize the route to market for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of CPG/DSD sales experience if degree is held.
• Minimum 2 years of managing and influencing sales teams.
• DSD route to market or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDLs to achieve distribution, sales, merchandising, and promotional targets.
• Develop zone business strategy across brands to grow revenue.
• Build relationships with independent distributor partners and retailers.
• Monitor forecasts and drive route density to maximize revenue.
• Coach and develop MDLs for performance and growth.
