Job summary

Campbell Snacks seeks a Zone Sales Manager to lead a team of Market Development Leaders and drive distribution, sales, merchandising and promotions through the IDP network and the local warehouse logistics team.

You'll own the zone business plan with +$100MM in revenue, develop multi‑geography go‑to‑market strategies, coach MDLs, build key retailer relationships and use analytics to improve opportunities. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years leading sales teams; CPG/DSD experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years managing and influencing sales teams.
• Experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or route-to-market is a plus.
• Experience with retailer relationships and promotions is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDL team to meet distribution, sales, and promotional targets.
• Develop 60–90–180 day business plans across retailers and geographies.
• Secure retail space and negotiate with key decision makers.
• Coach MDLs and monitor performance to achieve zone objectives.
• Collaborate with IDPs and internal teams to optimize routes and promotions.
