Campbell Soup Company seeks a Zone Sales Manager to lead a team of Market Development Leaders, driving distribution, sales, and promotions through Independent Distributor Partners and local logistics teams.

You will develop zone strategies, optimize retailer engagement, and manage a multi-brand portfolio, while mentoring MDLs to achieve bold revenue targets and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of CPG/DSD sales experience if degree is held.
• Minimum 2 years managing and influencing sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of MDLs to achieve distribution, sales, merchandising and promo targets.
• Develop growth strategies and partner with IDPs to optimize routes and executions.
• Coach MDLs and drive improved retailer engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business plans and forecasts.
