Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive Direct Store Delivery excellence across a large market. You will lead a market-area team, shape sales strategies to grow the portfolio and ensure key initiatives are executed across zones and centers.

The role requires 7+ years of management experience in food sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Competenze

7+ years of management experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry.
Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.

Lead execution of the sales and sales operations Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices.
