This role requires 7+ years in food sales management, experience overseeing salaried staff, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in food sales or a comparable industry.
• Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of DSDE best practices in sales and sales operations.
• Lead market area team to create effective sales strategies to maximize sales growth.
• Ensure critical field sales initiatives are developed, managed, and executed in the zone marketplace and within sales centers.
