Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations for one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, directing crewmembers, and ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

The position requires a detail-oriented, energetic leader; 1+ years in restaurant/retail management or advanced crew experience, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone under the Restaurant Leader.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service excellence.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety standards are met in the restaurant.
• Executes company training programs and supports rewards/recognition initiatives.
