Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to support visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards that drive sales. You will lead transitions, resets, and endcaps while ensuring a neat, organized zone and an engaging guest experience.

Daily duties include coordinating workload with the Assistant Store Manager, handling freight processes, and maintaining visual integrity across the store. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional team lifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in visual merchandising planning and transitions with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Coordinate daily/weekly tasks to meet visual merchandising goals and store sales targets.
• Participate in freight processes and stock product in designated areas.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones and ensure up-to-date signing and visual sets.
• Support inventory control, safety, and customer experience initiatives with the team.
• Serve as a role model for visual merchandising standards and training.
