Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to oversee visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain an active selling culture that aligns with company standards to drive sales.

The Zone Lead will influence team members, manage transitions and resets, and ensure signage and displays remain current. The role requires lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-format store and coaching others to meet standards while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with visual standards and merchandising techniques.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and assist with shelving and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Lead transitions, reinventions, and resets to maintain visual integrity and drive sales.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest engagement.
• Support freight processes and stock products in designated areas.
• Promote customer experience, safety, and loss-prevention efforts; participate in team meetings.
• Coach and train team members on visual priorities and signing standards.
