Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Zone Lead to oversee visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards to drive sales. The role requires enthusiasm for lifting, stocking, and maintaining an engaging guest experience in a warehouse-style store.

You will collaborate with the Zone Manager to plan transitions, manage daily tasks, and ensure that all signage, endcaps, and fixtures reflect current promotions and seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan/exe cute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement targets.
• Handle freight processes, stock product in designated areas, and maintain organized zones.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and inventory control to ensure efficient store operations.
• Open availability to cover nights and weekends as required.
