Lenskart is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to champion customer needs across email, chat, and phone, and to guide eyewear choices with confidence and style.

You will become an eyewear expert, handling questions about frames, lenses, coatings, and trends, while thriving in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Walk-in interviews are part of the process for this in-person role.

In this role, you’ll:

• Be the ultimate customer champion: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service across email, chat, and phone, covering everything from orders and returns to product details and style advice.
• Become the eye care expert: Dive deep into the world of eyewear! Master the ins and outs of frames, lenses, coatings, and trends to confidently guide customers towards their perfect vision and look.

Schedule: Rotational shift
