You will stay current on NYC dining, entertainment, and attractions, arrange dining, theater, tours, and tickets, and build strong vendor and interdepartmental relationships to tailor recommendations.

Summary of the Position:
Tishman Speyer Concierge will report to the Director of Hospitality and be based in Rockefeller Center. This role will also help support and expand concierge services to external Tishman Speyer assets within Midtown Manhattan. This role will work with our Property Management Office and will be responsible for overseeing office customer interactions, ensuring all requests are handled with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. This role aims to provide exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships with our office customers by offering personalized recommendations and assistance with local attractions, dining, and events. The successful candidate will be organized, driven to achieve results, enjoy collaboration with multiple departments and have an innate passion for hospitality.
