Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year of related experience working with students or in a sustainability program.
• Leadership experience with students counts toward experience.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the student intern program, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance feedback.
• Design, implement, and maintain zero waste initiatives, documentation, and reporting tools; assist with audits, bin placement, labeling and event support.
• Develop outreach materials and engage students, staff, and faculty to increase diversion on campus; manage content for social media and campaigns.
• Perform other related duties; occasional overtime may be required.
