University of Texas at Austin seeks an Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Zero Waste efforts across UT Austin and the JJ Pickle Research Campus. You will supervise student interns, help design and implement waste diversion initiatives, and coordinate events and training sessions with staff and faculty.

The role includes developing outreach materials, auditing waste processes, and ensuring effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year of related experience working with students or in a sustainability program.
• Student leadership experience will count toward the one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the student intern program, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance feedback.
• Partner with Senior Zero Waste Coordinator to design and maintain zero waste initiatives, documentation, and reporting tools.
• Develop materials and engage students, staff, and faculty to increase diversion on campus.
