Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in sustainability programs, waste management, or campus operations.
• Supervising student employees or volunteers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of campus-wide zero waste programs and initiatives.
• Supervise a Sustainability Coordinator and student staff; manage schedules and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Dining, Grounds, and external partners; lead trainings.
• Track participation and diversion metrics; prepare quarterly and annual reports.
• Scope budgets and oversee purchasing, inventory, and communications for zero waste programs.
