Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a PAM Product Owner to lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management program, aligning with Zero Trust and Just-in-Time access. You’ll own the product roadmap, drive rollout and adoption of Delinea products, and ensure audit readiness across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.

You will manage PAM Analysts, coordinate with IAM governance, ITSM, and security teams, and push for risk-based remediation of high-risk privileged accounts while expanding credential lifecycle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity with depth in IAM and security controls including PAM, SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, or directory governance.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional technology/security initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to cultivate durable partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborative and outcomes-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise PAM program.
• Serve as Product Owner for Delinea capabilities and apply them to secure privileged access across infrastructure, databases, cloud, and applications.
• Lead Privileged Access Analysts and oversee PAM program initiatives and delivery.
• Drive adoption of PAM best practices including vaulting, rotation, least privilege, authentication, and governance.
