Job summary

Stryker is seeking a PAM Manager to lead the Privileged Access Management program across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will own the PAM strategy, manage a team of analysts, and collaborate with Infra, Cloud, Security Operations, Applications, and Audit to reduce risk and support regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a related field, 8+ years in identity/cybersecurity with 4+ years in PAM, and hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity or cybersecurity, including at least 4 years focused on privileged access management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Experience securing privileged access across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise PAM strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Lead deployment and operation of PAM tech across privileged use cases.
• Manage privileged account lifecycle, vaulting, rotation, and check-in/check-out.
• Implement privileged session monitoring and just-in-time access controls.
• Design break-glass procedures and manage third-party privileged access.
