Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a PAM Product Owner to lead the strategic evolution of the enterprise Privileged Access Management program. You will champion risk-based remediation, own the product roadmap, and drive adoption of Delinea solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.

Focus on Zero Trust, Just-in-Time access, and audit-ready controls. You will oversee analysts, shape governance, and collaborate with IAM, security, and audit teams to deliver secure credential lifecycle management

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with IAM/PAM depth.
• Experience delivering cross-functional technology/security initiatives.
• Ability to lead partnerships with multiple stakeholders and drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year PAM product strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for Delinea capabilities across infra, cloud, and apps.
• Lead Privileged Access Analysts to advance PAM program maturity.
• Drive adoption of PAM best practices including credential rotation and least privilege.
• Integrate PAM with ITSM and security tooling for incident/change processes.
